We offer free shipping in the US and worldwide. We ship packages using ePacket or EMS from our warehouse depending on the product’s weight and size. US warehouse packages are shipped via USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship internationally. However, there are some locations we cannot deliver to, and we will contact you if your location is affected.
What about customs?
We do offer international shipping, but please note that there may be certain locations that we are unable to deliver to. If your location is affected, we will reach out to you to inform you of the situation.

Do you provide tracking information?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information within five days, please get in touch with us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
If it has been over five business days since you placed your order and there have been no updates to your tracking number, please contact us. It is important to keep in mind that some shipping companies may take between two to seven business days for the tracking information to appear in the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
It is possible that, due to logistical constraints, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have requested combined shipping.
