Until your order has been shipped, you have the option to cancel it. However, if you need to modify or cancel a paid order, please contact us within six hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, canceling your order is no longer possible.

- If you haven’t received your product within 50 business days, you can request a refund or reshipment.

- If your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address, we cannot offer a refund.
- If your order didn’t arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control, such as customs clearance or natural disasters, we may offer a refund.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Purebonsai.com may also qualify for a refund.
- You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (50 days) has expired by sending a message on our page.
- If your refund is approved, we will process it and apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
- If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or for any other reason, please contact us first.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we’ve authorized you to do so.
- If you need to return an item, you must first contact us and provide images of the item to show that it’s broken, damaged, or defective.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny returns based on the images provided.

- Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement as agreed upon.
